Regretfully, we will not have an opportunity to volunteer at the Community Food Bank on June 9.

What an amazing team for the November volunteering at the Community Food Bank of NJ in Hillside! We arrived and were given the job of making Senior Boxes - boxes containing specific foods, with nutritional information and recipes. There were 10 of us of DCC working with others. Our Leader told us she needed 282 boxes! Together in team fashion we accomplished the goal in one hour and 10 minutes and had 50 minutes to go before our shift was over. We continued working and managed to put 451 boxes together! Amazing! Thanks, TEAM DCC!!!
Working together to help others is always a blessing for the workers in so many ways. It was a great time of getting to know one another from DCC and to personally feel blessed in what we have in the way of food and shelter. God is good!
